Payments hub questions

Is BankQore certified by NIBSS?

The NIP connector is built and tested against the NIBSS specification and simulator. Certification with NIBSS happens with our pilot bank.

What happens if a transfer times out?

The payment is queried until NIBSS confirms the outcome; the customer sees 'processing' and is notified when it completes. Nothing is sent twice.

Yes. NQR, RTGS and regional rails are in the connector catalogue; see Integrations for status.
